Membership

Ongoing trends and soundly based know-how, highly promising contacts and the backing of a potent community – there are many reasons for joining the VDW.

With its remit as a non-partisan organisation, the VDW is obligated solely to the interests of its member companies. Membership is open to firms entered in the Commercial Register that are domiciled in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany and design, manufacture, sell machine tools or associated control systems, provided at least two of these functions are performed, and to software companies that create and sell the requisite software.
